Line Cook / Prep Cook
Part-Time / Full-Time | $18-$22/hr
You're the engine of every service. Whether prepping for the rush or working the line during peak hours, your speed and consistency are what make every taco worth coming back for.
Responsibilities
Prep ingredients daily according to BST standards and recipes
Execute menu items with speed and consistency during service
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
Communicate proactively with the team on stock, timing, and issues
Support catering events and off-truck preparation as needed
What We're Looking For
Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required we'll train the right person
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain before first shift)
Availability on weekends and some evenings
Service & Front-of-Window
Part-Time | $16-$20/hr
You're the first and last impression every customer has of Boston Street Tacos. Fast, warm, and unflappable you keep the energy up and the line moving no matter how busy it gets.
Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers at the service window with speed and warmth
Take orders accurately and manage the point-of-sale system
Communicate orders to the kitchen clearly and efficiently
Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy
Represent the BST brand with professionalism and good energy
What We're Looking For
Customer service experience a plus – food industry experience not required
Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable talking with all kinds of people
Ability to stay calm and focused during high-volume service periods
Reliable availability including weekends
Genuine enthusiasm for food and community
Catering & Events Lead
Part-Time / Seasonal | $22-$28/hr
You run the truck at private parties, corporate events, and pop-ups. You're organized before the event starts, calm when things get complicated, and great at making clients feel taken care of.
Responsibilities
Lead setup, service, and breakdown at catered events
Coordinate with the client and kitchen team to ensure smooth execution
Manage the service flow and direct the event crew on the day
Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and served to BST standards
Communicate any post-event feedback to the founding team
What We're Looking For
Prior event or catering experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable leading a small team in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license preferred (for truck logistics)
Availability for weekends and evening events

Create and post photo and video content for Instagram and TikTok
Capture truck, food, team, and community moments during service days
Draft captions that match the BST brand voice bold, warm, Boston-rooted
Engage with followers and respond to comments and DMs
Collaborate with the team on content strategy and campaign execution
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio of food, lifestyle, or local brand social content
Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
Understanding of Instagram growth and engagement best practices
Self-directed and able to work with minimal oversight
Based in Boston and available to be at the truck regularly
